HeyDoods Doodles LLC

All puppy sales are final.

Due to the nature of live animal sales, we do not offer refunds once a deposit is placed or a puppy has been purchased.

All deposits and holding fees are:

• Non-refundable
   
• Non-transferable
   
• Applied toward the total purchase price
   

Deposits secure your puppy and remove that puppy from availability. If a buyer chooses not to complete the purchase for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.

Once final payment has been made and the puppy has been released to the Buyer, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

Shipping, delivery, travel, and health certificate fees are non-refundable.

Each puppy is sold with a written Health Warranty as outlined in the signed Puppy Contract.

If a qualifying congenital defect is confirmed within the warranty period:

• The remedy is limited to a replacement puppy from a future litter.
   
• No cash refunds will be issued.
   
• Veterinary expenses are not reimbursed.
   
• Shipping costs for replacement puppies are the responsibility of the Buyer.
   

The maximum liability of HeyDoods Doodles LLC is limited to the original purchase price of the puppy.

If at any time during the dog’s life the Buyer is unable or unwilling to keep the dog, the dog must be returned directly to HeyDoods Doodles LLC.

The dog may not be:

• Surrendered to a shelter
   
• Placed with a rescue organization
   
• Sold or gifted
   
• Rehomed privately
   
• Transferred to another individual
   
• Used for breeding
   

Without prior written approval from HeyDoods Doodles LLC.

This requirement applies for the lifetime of the dog.

Failure to comply constitutes a breach of contract.

If a dog is returned to HeyDoods Doodles LLC:

• No refund will be issued
   
• No credit will be issued
   
• No replacement is guaranteed
   

All transportation costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Once the puppy leaves the care of HeyDoods Doodles LLC, all responsibility for the dog transfers to the Buyer. This includes but is not limited to veterinary care, training, supervision, and general welfare.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be handled within the appropriate courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
